CONSULTING & ACTIVITIES Werner (Werni) Zullig was born and raised just outside of Zurich, Switzerland and is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lausanne. After several years of travelling and hotel management positions, he formed his own company in Mexico-City. Married to a local lady and with the help of two other Swiss professionals, the company grew quickly, operating restaurants, coffee & chocolate shops and a processed meats factory. In 1987 the family moved to Canada, offering three young children a different lifestyle and environment in Banff National Park. The family continued in the restaurant business in Banff until the year 2003. Werner R. Zullig was a member of Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) for over 20 years. He specializes in Management Advisory Services (MAS) and food service space design (kitchen & dining room layout). Werner has developed his own '3pines Management Principles', which he offers to any type of business. Planning and start-up of new business ventures are his passion. Since retirement from the active restaurant business, some food items of his own creation have been developed for local and tourist markets alike (see 'Products' page). Werner has been called up by local tour operators for guiding tourists through the Canadian Rocky Mountains. He loves to resource his hospitality experience and applies his language skills by doing so, especially for the Spanish speaking market.
