WHAT'S NEW April 2008: During the winter in Puerto Vallarta I had the opportunity to assist my friend Alberto (Don Beto) Cortes from San Lucas Restaurant in setting up a liquor store at his street level restaurant entrance space, where he used to have a scooter rental business. The new store offers organic tequilas, raicillas, wines and liquor, Modelo beers, cigars, my 'vallarta-my-love'salsas and more food & beverage related items to come. The air-conditioned shop will cater to locals, the foreign residents in PV and visitors alike. Alberto's restaurant can still be accessed through the store and offers those customers a chance to pick up products on the way in or out of the dining room.
